The approximate gross proceeds from the transaction stood at CAD$5,491,150, with the initial offer including the exercise of the company’s over-allotment option. Proceeds from the offering will be funneled into business development, general corporate purposes, and working capital.
The securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period ending June 18, 2022, in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
