In that role, Dr. Ghadar managed daily operations, legal affairs, business planning, finance, sales, and business development of the design team. Dr. Ghadar’s also supervised numerous healthcare and industrial-related projects, including product development lifecycles, design, development, feasibility studies, prototyping, validation, quality management, volume manufacturing, and certification.
