Ucore Rare Metals (TSXV: UCU) (OTCQX: UURAF) has entered into an engagement with Red Cloud Securities Inc. for a “best efforts” private placement of up to $10 million in units priced at $1.20 each, with an option to raise an additional $1.5 million. Each unit includes one common share and one-half of a warrant exercisable at $1.75 for 36 months. Net proceeds will fund key initiatives related to Ucore’s planned Strategic Metals Complex in Louisiana, including securing feedstock and customer agreements, advancing engineering plans, and fulfilling obligations with the U.S. Department of Defense and Natural Resources Canada. The offering is set to close on or about June 19, 2025, pending necessary approvals.
