The expanded filing, once effective, will give Thumzup the flexibility to raise capital over the next three years through a variety of securities offerings, including stock, warrants and debt instruments. Proceeds may be used for working capital and to advance the company’s Bitcoin (“BTC”) treasury strategy, which allows for up to 90% of liquid assets to be allocated to BTC.
