According to the announcement, the offering resulted in $5 million in gross proceeds for the company, before standard deductions. The announcement also noted that WTER granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock; that option represented up to 15% of the number of the shares and is solely to cover overallotments, if any. If exercised in full, the option could increase the total gross proceeds of the offering to approximately $5.75 million. According to the announcement, Aegis Capital Corp. acted as sole bookrunner for the underwritten public offering.
