The company made the announcement, noting that the agreements are subject to typical closing conditions. According to the announcement, the notes will bear interest at 6% per annum and are set to expire on May 1, 2025; they will also be convertible into shares of Tellurian common stock at an initial conversion price of $5.72, and that price is, subject to customary adjustments.
