Olenox also continues due diligence on its proposed acquisition of Wildboy Holdings and IPD Industries, including an independent engineering evaluation of certain assets. If the transaction is completed and other requirements are satisfied, Olenox intends to evaluate initial development of an approximately 20-megawatt bitcoin-mining and hosting facility, while the proposed acquisition could provide additional natural-gas, power, grid and fiber infrastructure supporting a broader energy-to-compute platform. The company said its strategy is to pursue development in phases while continuing to integrate recently acquired capabilities, expand off-grid and behind-the-meter computing capacity and develop existing energy properties.
