Lantern reported second-quarter loss from operations of approximately $3.5 million, down about 25% from $4.7 million a year earlier, while R&D expenses declined 42% to approximately $1.8 million. Net loss was approximately $7.1 million, or $0.57 per share, compared with $4.3 million, or $0.40 per share, a year earlier, with the increase largely reflecting approximately $3.6 million of warrant-related expense. Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled approximately $7.4 million as of June 30, 2026.
