The company said it would report its 2021 fourth-quarter and full-year financial results on March 1, 2022, but that date has been changed to March 16, 2022. According to the announcement, the change comes because IDEX plans to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission a form 12b-25 extension in connection with its annual report.
