As part of the private placement, Eat Well issued 6,690,666 units at a price of $0.75 per unit. Aneed noted that each unit included one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Eat Well intends to use the proceeds of the offering for mergers and acquisitions, as well as general working capital.
