Dario’s studies evaluated the impact of a digital behavioral health solution for people living with clinically elevated levels of depression, with findings that indicate 72% of users experienced a reduction of symptoms during 12 weeks of participation. In addition, 44% of study participants reported clinically significant reductions in their levels of depression during the same timeframe.
