Canamera Energy Metals (CSE: EMET) (OTCQB: EMETF) (FSE: 4LF0) announced it has entered into an option agreement with Gallik Explorations Inc. to earn up to a 100% interest in the 2,300-hectare Waterslide Property located approximately 20 km southeast of Bancroft, Ontario, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval. The property hosts seven documented uranium, thorium, fluorite and rare earth occurrences within the Central Gneiss Belt of the Grenville Province, and Canamera may secure full ownership through four staged cash and share payments totaling $200,000 over three years, after which the project will carry a 2% net smelter return royalty with a 1% buyback option for $1 million.
