AZIO AI Holdings (NASDAQ: AZIO) announced that it has expanded its agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited to cover the purchase of up to 384 additional NVIDIA HGX B300 GPU systems. Combined with up to 128 systems announced Aug. 6, 2026, the relationship now covers up to 512 systems, representing an estimated cumulative sales pipeline value of approximately $307 million based on current market pricing. The additional 384 systems represent an estimated incremental sales pipeline value of approximately $230 million. The company emphasized that the figures represent sales pipeline value, not backlog, contracted amounts, orders or revenue forecasts, and no purchase orders have been issued under the expanded agreement.
The expansion follows AZIO AI Aug. 20 announcement of Atlas One, its South Texas compute infrastructure campus engineered for up to 500 MW of planned behind-the-meter power capacity. AZIO AI and Power Champion are discussing the potential hosting of systems at Atlas One, although no hosting agreement has been entered into and deployment locations for any systems purchased have not been determined. Atlas One currently has approximately 11 MW of secured capacity, including approximately 6 MW that is activated, while the remaining capacity is planned and will require additional generation, equipment, permitting, financing and customer commitments.
