American Fusion (OTC: AMFN), developer of the proprietary Texatron(TM) Fusion Engine(TM), reported the filing of 30 additional U.S. patent applications, expanding its intellectual property portfolio to 130 pending U.S. applications. The latest filings cover additional configurations and components of the Texatron(TM) platform, including aluminum fusion-confinement structures, toroidal and rifled chamber geometries, conductive components, helium-3 and deuterium fuel-injection configurations and electronic control systems. American Fusion has set an objective of filing more than 260 U.S. patent applications by the end of 2026, putting the company at approximately half of that target.
The company also reported that it is evaluating a potential uplisting from the OTCQB Venture Market to a national securities exchange, with both the Texas Stock Exchange (“TXSE”) and Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) under consideration. American Fusion said it is currently leaning toward TXSE as its preferred potential venue while continuing to evaluate both exchanges and their applicable listing requirements.
