Evolve (CSE: EVR; OTCQX: EVRYF) announced that Teck Resources Limited reported the commencement of strike action by United Steelworkers Local 7619 at its Highland Valley Copper Mine on Oct. 24, 2026. According to Teck, operations at the mine are continuing at reduced capacity, with the impact on overall production dependent on the duration of the labor action. Teck stated that contingency plans are in place to maintain safety and environmental management while it works toward a collective agreement with employees.
