Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. (NYSE American: APUS) subsidiary MindWave Innovations Inc. USA signed a two-year master maintenance and service agreement with BlockAssure Inc. to build, deploy and operate AssureChain, a dedicated subnet of MindChain for BlockAssure insurance and reinsurance operations. MindWave will design, develop, security-audit and deploy AssureChain, then host, operate and maintain the network, which will support contracts, policies, premium and payment entries, reinsurance treaties and claims processing. MindChain will provide the settlement layer and anchor AssureChain records to Ethereum.
Under the agreement, MindWave will receive contracted development fees payable in quarterly installments, with operating and maintenance fees to be agreed, as well as an allocation equal to 20% of the total supply of AssureCoin, a planned digital token within the MindChain network. MindWave will serve as BlockAssure exclusive blockchain provider for AssureChain during the agreement. The agreement took effect Oct. 4, 2026, with development planned over four quarters, and will automatically renew for one-year periods following the initial two-year term unless either party provides 90 days notice.
