Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) outlined a strategic operating program targeting approximately $60 million in annualized cost savings once fully implemented, with cash burn in the second half of 2026 expected to be substantially below the first half. The company is targeting positive Adjusted EBITDA for the month ending June 30, 2027, representing an improvement of at least 24.9 percentage points from its negative 24.9% Adjusted EBITDA margin in the first half of 2026.
The program includes reducing costs across cloud and technology infrastructure, staffing, property, marketing and other spending while transitioning professional services delivery to partners including TCS and Tech Mahindra to improve gross margins and support growth.
