The approval follows completion of the FINRA Form 211 process and advances American Fusion from an unsolicited-only quotation environment to one in which broker-dealers can publish proprietary quotations. The company views OTCQB as an intermediate step toward its longer-term objective of qualifying for a national securities exchange and intends to evaluate the Texas Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Capital Market, among other potential venues.
