Onco-Innovations (CBOE CA: ONCO) (OTCQB: ONNVF) (Frankfurt: W1H) (WKN: A3EKSZ) announced a non-brokered private placement of 6,764,069 units priced at C$0.7392 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately C$5 million. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable at C$0.90 per share for three years. The financing is expected to close on or about July 10, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, including approval from Cboe Canada.
Onco-Innovations said proceeds will be used to advance its ONC010 program through manufacturing and preclinical testing activities, support development of its SynoGraph(TM) platform and provide working capital for general corporate purposes. The offering is being conducted under Canada’s Listed Issuer Financing Exemption, and securities issued under the financing will not be subject to a hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws.
