Blue Moon Metals (TSX.V: MOON) (NASDAQ: BMM) announced the closing of its previously announced bought deal public offering and concurrent bought deal private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of C$156.25 million through the issuance of 15.625 million common shares priced at C$10.00 each.
