Nicola Mining (NASDAQ: NICM) (TSX.V: NIM) (FSE: HLIA) announced the pricing of its U.S. underwritten public offering of 930,233 American Depositary Shares and accompanying warrants at $6.45 per unit, for expected gross proceeds of approximately $6.0 million, with each ADS representing 12 common shares and each warrant exercisable at CAD$12.2213 for five years. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on April 13, 2026, with closing anticipated April 14, 2026, and the company intends to use proceeds for mill expansion, capital expenditures and working capital, while also granting underwriters a 45-day option to purchase additional securities.
